Now we are looking for a barista who wants to work with joy and positivity in a team where service spirit and teamwork are at the center. With enthusiasm, you deliver outstanding service to all of the restaurant's guests.

The service includes, among other things, preparation and serving of food and drinks, cash handling and keeping the workplace and restaurant clean and tidy.

The great things you will be expected to do

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee, tea or other beverages
• Acquire a good knowledge of all products in order to be able to advise individual Client on our food & beverage choice offers
• Operate machinery as shown and trained to do so, ensuring that the equipment is used safely and in accordance with current regulations and company policies
• Ensure your station is adequately stocked, always, and the expected look and feel maintained. 
• Ensure all food waste are minimized, recorded and where possible re-used
• Be committed to delivering the best levels of service
• Prepare, produce and provide service to the brand standard applicable to the unit
• Ensure all work areas within your station are clean during and after use and ensure all waste is removed to appropriate areas
• Receive stock, store and check for quality and quantity, ensuring that all stock is dated and rotated
• Perform any other reasonable duties as required by your manager

• Embrace and deliver all aspects of the Client Food Program to an exceptional standard
• Work with others to ensure that client and consumer expectations are understood and exceeded
• Promote the Food Program to our Client engaging with them through our food choices, displays, space designs while acting as a Compass Advocate at all times
• Be polite, professional and friendly at all times with customers, clients and colleagues

Who are you?

• You are over 18 years old
• You enjoy planning and structuring your work so that it is efficient
• With your positivity, you take responsibility for maintaining a high level of service throughout the day
• Good service is important to you where a smile and eye contact are a matter of course
• You see your importance in satisfied guests, are positive, stress-resistant and find it easy to collaborate and communicate
• You can take your own initiative and are flexible in your professional role
• You speak and write Swedish and English 
• Previous experience in restaurant work is a plus
